單位換算在廚藝課程中很重要～經常會使用到

學校給的單位換算覺得不大好用，因此自己設計了一份：

1 Bushel = 4 Peck

1 Peck = 2 Gallon

1 Gallon = 4 Quart (128 fl oz)

1 Quart = 2 Pints

1 Pint = 2 cups

1 Cup = 8 ounces = 16 teaspoons = 8 fl oz

1 Ounce = 1/16 Pound

1 Pound = 32 Tablespoon

1 Tablespoon = 3 Teaspoon = 1/2 fl oz

1 teaspoon = 60 drops

 

New yield/Old yield = Conversion Factor
